Base and edge grinding robot – Wintersteiger Scout
Our workshop has used the revised fully automatic SCOUT SDP grinding robot since October 2020. In addition to stone and disc modules, it includes a polishing module for a high-quality edge finish.
Key features: innovative feed technology without suction cups, Ceramic Disc Finish for precise side and base edges, self-sharpening discs, exact grinding angles and consistent quality over the entire ski length. The self-sharpening discs also ensure absolutely precise edge geometry and flat edge surfaces.
Base grinder – Wintersteiger Sigma SBI
The compact Sigma SBI combines the capabilities of a professional service station. Up to 40 individual stone- and belt-grinding programs can be stored using its touch display.
Continuously adjustable stone and dressing speeds, multi-stage diamond depth adjustment and selectable structure angles provide a wide variety of base structures.
Waxing machine – Montana Wax Future
This race-proven method provides better, longer-lasting glide. The polyethylene base is heated evenly and without contact using infrared technology. The wax is then brought gently to temperature without condensation for deep, homogeneous absorption.
Binding tester – Wintersteiger Safetronic
Ski bindings are checked on a modern measuring system. Safetronic simulates real pressure loads with high precision, enabling reliable and realistic binding tests. This helps you get through the winter safely.
