To ensure that this does not change in vertical positions and when stepping on small edges, the VIBRAM ALP TRAC® outsole has a special CLIMBING ZONE and a holder for semi-automatic crampons on the heel. And because wearing comfort is also part of absolute summit happiness, the mountain boot has a soft gaiter at the level of the Achilles tendon, padded areas on the ankle and pull loops on the tongue and heel for easier entry and exit.
